Annual Beach Passes & Residential Stickers

Let’s observe the following to ensure a happy and safe neighborhood:

 

• Display your SHA Sticker

• Stick to the Speed Limit – 20MPH

• Golf carts driven by licensed drivers only

• Park one car or golf cart per family at designated spots at beach lot

• Display clearly your sticker and contact information on golf cart

• Pets off the beach from May-October

• Take your trash home from the beach

• Place boats and boards with stickers on racks

• Do not store personal property at beach

• Do not fly drones on beach or above neighbors’ property

• Play games at beach safely out of harm’s way

• Keep music at reasonable volume

• Walking only, no lingering or swimming on Lilly Beach

• No parking at north entrance to beach (Indian Ridge Rd.)

• Observe caution when dropping off at north entrance

• Ensure contractors have the specific rules/regs from the Directory

• Speak to your contractors when a neighborhood concern arises

• Ensure no trucks exceed the bridge weight limit

• Make work hours known to contractors and landscapers

• Work out issues with your neighbor first

• Cut back overhanging trees and shrubs 4 feet from road’s edge

• Ensure proper drainage on your property that does not reach streets

• Inform SHA Board of home rental

• Ensure renters have specific rules/regs from the Directory

• No parking of any vehicles on Saconesset Road

• No parking that obstructs roadways

• No overnight parking on any SHA roads

• No yard sales or open houses in SHA
